Production

There are three keys to high quality production - Men, Machines, and Materials.

Men

We at fischer have built up a number of associates who have worked their way into key operator positions. These positions are filled with a variety of female and male individuals from different races, cultural, and educational backgrounds. They understand our commitment to quality, without loosing sight of the economic needs of a small company. They also know and appreciate our customers, which makes it easier to follow requests and changes in demands.

Machines

Our core business is making tubes. We only use fischer built tube mills, which fischer Germany builds exclusively for all the fischer locations. On the processing end, we employs saws and other equipment from well known suppliers. Our maintenance crew is constantly working to increase uptime while keeping repair costs to a minimum.

Material

We have good relationships with four major steel suppliers who provide us with slit coil of the highest quality. If the customer requires, we can use customer supplied material . We are open to embark on test runs of new and more exotic material and have mastered such difficult products as 18Sr and 18CrCb

The interaction between these three components is coordinated by the companies management and quality system, with its checks and balances, its definition of authorities and responsibilities and its visions and goals.
