Quality Assurance

On March 2nd 3rd and 4th 2002, fischer USA's quality system was audited for compliance to the new TS-16949 2nd Edition quality standard. Upon completion of the audit fischer USA was successfully recommended for  upgrade by Quality Management Institute. On April 1, 2004 certificate #009893 was updated from TS-16949 1st Edition to TS-16949 2nd Edition and fischer USA was officially registered to the new standard. In-Process Testing

All fischer USA products undergo rigorous testing at all phases of the manufacturing process. This testing includes cross-sectional weld micrographing, eddy-current testing, destructive testing, and dimensional measurement.

All fischer products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the standards set forth in ASTM-A-554-98 standard of welded stainless tubing.
